Dragonfly partner Haseeb Qureshi denies that the Polymarket CEO misappropriated company funds.

PANews October 21 news: Dragonfly partner Haseeb Qureshi posted on X that claims that Polymarket CEO Shayne Coplan used company funds to pay for private jets and other expenses, and that this was discovered by Peter Thiel's Founders Fund, are untrue. Qureshi said Dragonfly is one of Polymarket's largest early investors. He stated that Coplan was not receiving a salary at the time, disclosed all expenses, and that the total was roughly equivalent to the annual salary of a software engineer, with none of the airfare being for personal use. He said the accounting and repayment process was initiated by Coplan himself, the relevant funds have been fully repaid to the company, and Coplan subsequently began receiving a normal salary. Qureshi believes this was an accounting issue, not an integrity issue.
