PANews October 13 news, according to Bloomberg citing people familiar with the matter, Blackstone-backed data center operator AirTrunk has postponed its planned $1.5 billion real estate investment trust (REIT) initial public offering in Singapore to 2027, due to higher interest rates and market volatility dampening investor demand. The company had previously planned to formally begin gauging investor interest in the IPO in early October.
