The positions are divided into five directions: business coordination, system construction, marketing promotion, business operations, and compliance and risk control. Responsibilities include formulating the bank-wide Digital RMB business strategy, liaising with regulatory authorities, planning and iterating products, promoting scenario implementation, coordinating with partner institutions, and compliance monitoring such as anti-money laundering and anti-fraud. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or above and more than 2 years of relevant banking business experience, with those having grassroots experience preferred.
