PANews October 16 news: Strategy has conditionally announced daily dividend payments for its preferred stock STRC from November 1 to 30, 2026, maintaining an annualized dividend rate of 12.00%. This arrangement will only take effect after shareholders vote to approve the "daily dividend" amendment on October 28. Once the amendment is passed, every calendar day (including weekends and holidays) will become a dividend record date for STRC. Strategy previously stated that after implementing daily dividends, the company will capture approximately 93% of the market share and called on MSTR shareholders to participate in the vote.
