The Ethereum Foundation has postponed the Glamsterdam upgrade on the Hoodi testnet, with the specific date yet to be determined.

PANews October 23 news: The Ethereum Foundation has issued an announcement stating that the "Glamsterdam" upgrade, originally scheduled to take place on the Hoodi testnet on October 27 (Epoch 132,352), has been postponed to allow further study of the interaction effects between EIP-8037 and mainnet smart contracts. A new activation date has not yet been determined. This postponement cancels the originally planned "Amsterdam" execution layer activation and "Gloas" consensus layer activation. At the same time, the plan to raise Hoodi's gas limit to 200 million in the same Epoch has also been canceled. This action only withdraws the configuration for the future upgrade and will not roll back Hoodi's on-chain history.
