PANews reported on September 30 that the 2026 meeting of the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management Advisory Committee will be held in Beijing on October 13 and 14. This is the 27th annual meeting of the Advisory Board since its inception. This year, the advisory committee has 3 new members and 5 new successor members. The three new members are Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA, Lisa Su, chairman and CEO of AMD, and Marc Pictet, senior managing partner of Swiss Pictet Group.
The five new successor committee members are BMW Group Chairman Milan Nedeljković, Walmart President and CEO John Furner, Coca-Cola CEO Henrique Braun, General Atlantic Capital Group Co-President and Head of Global Growth Equity Investment Martín Escobari, and BP Group CEO Meg O'Neill. The predecessors of the companies where the above-mentioned five successor committee members work were all members of the Academy Advisory Committee, but no longer serve due to job changes.
