According to ChainCatcher, French President Macron will host a video call with the leaders of the Group of Seven countries this Friday to discuss response measures for the global crude oil and refined oil markets. Macron has spoken by phone with U.S. President Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Carney and asked EU partners to release additional diesel stockpiles in response to U.S. supply requests.
