Cambodia's Prince Group CFO Li Tian's £170 million London mansion and luxury watches frozen by the UK

PANews October 12 news, according to Caixin, the asset investigation into the cross-border online fraud and money laundering case involving Cambodia's Prince Group is further unfolding in the United Kingdom. After multiple luxury properties in London linked to the group's founder Chen Zhi and Hu Xiaowei, who is described as the "number two figure," were frozen, a 170 million yuan London luxury home and luxury watches under the name of Prince Group finance chief Li Tian were also frozen by the UK.

In October 2025, when the U.S. Department of the Treasury announced sanctions on Prince Group and its associated individuals, it listed Li Tian as a close associate of Chen Zhi, stating that he effectively assumed the role of finance chief for Prince Group's illegal fund operations, involving the management of illicit fund flows and large-scale cash smuggling.
