PANews October 10 news, according to an official announcement, NEAR treasury company SVRN has completed the acquisition of NEAR infrastructure platform FastNEAR. After the transaction is completed, FastNEAR has become a wholly owned subsidiary of SVRN, and its co-founders Evgeny (Eugene) Kuzyakov and Mike Purvis have also joined the SVRN team.
Public information shows that FastNEAR is a high-performance RPC infrastructure service provider supporting the operation of NEAR applications, and also provides underlying support for most of NEAR's data layer. Its business covers server clusters that handle network read and write operations, archival infrastructure that preserves complete transaction history, and NEARDATA, a historical data processing data source for developers.
