PANews October 18 news, according to PRNewswire, U.S.-listed company Hyperscale Data announced that it has completed the tokenization of 5,000 troy ounces of physical silver through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Ault Global Commodities and listed the related tokens on the Ault Markets platform, with trading expected to begin within weeks.
In addition, Hyperscale Data also disclosed that its AI technology subsidiary askROI is preparing for a separate listing. Potential options include a reverse takeover (RTO), an initial public offering (IPO), or a listing through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), and it plans to complete the relevant transaction in the second or third quarter of 2027, but the specific timing depends on the transaction method ultimately selected and is subject to factors such as financial and regulatory requirements and market conditions.
