Super League will become Metaplanet's Bitcoin treasury platform listed in the United States.

PANews October 19 news: Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich posted that shareholders of Nasdaq-listed company Super League (SLE) have voted to approve the proposed transaction with Metaplanet, an important step in the company's transformation from a Bitcoin treasury enterprise to a global Bitcoin-native financial platform. After the transaction is completed, Superplanet will become Metaplanet's U.S.-listed Bitcoin treasury platform, with direct access to U.S. capital markets, thereby enabling financing at an appropriate time.
