PANews 10月20日消息，Bitget 計劃通過其關聯實體 BTGT Management (Thailand) Ltd.，收購位於曼谷的數字資產交易所及經紀商 GMO-Z.com Cryptonomics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.。根據擬議交易，GMO Internet, Inc. 及其合併子公司 GMO-Z.com Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. 等相關方，將在交易完成時將其持有的 GMO-Z.com Cryptonomics (Thailand) 全部股份轉讓給 BTGT Management (Thailand) Ltd. 及/或其指定的實體。該買賣協議的最終交割尚需獲得相關監管機構的批准，並滿足其他既定條件。GMO-Z.com Cryptonomics (Thailand) 在泰國運營著一家持牌數字資產交易所及經紀商。
